2. Customer Information

The personal information requested from the Customer is necessary in order to process his order and could be transmitted to the e-LUXUS company contracted partner companies.

In accordance with the French Law of January 6, 1978 on "Information Technology and Freedom", the Customer has the right to prevent the transmission of this information and to access, change, correct and delete any information retained concerning his person. 3. Liability

Neither the e-LUXUS company nor the Customer will be held responsible for any obligation of this Agreement that cannot be kept due to a cause beyond its control, including wars, riots, uprisings, transportation disruptions, import or export problems, strikes, lock-outs, shortages, fires, earthquakes, storms, floods, or any other Force Major. Similarly, the e-LUXUS Company cannot be held responsible for how ordered and delivered products are used. The Customer bears sole responsibility for how ordered products are used by himself or by others.

4. Governing Law - Disputes

This Agreement is subject to the laws of France.

Any dispute or disagreement will be within the sole competence of the Court of Lyons.
